Personal Banker (30 hours/week)

Welcome every branch visitor with a personal greeting and conduct an average of 12+ customer conversations daily to understand their financial goals. Present features of checking, savings, CDs, and digital banking tools while updating the customer relationship database after each interaction. Handle transactions from check cashing to currency counting accurately, maintain compliance with regulations like the Bank Secrecy Act, and review sales results with the Branch Manager to meet objectives. Assist team members with product training and non-primary duties as assigned.
