Personal Banker (20 hours/week) - Redding Downtown

Welcome every branch visitor with a personal greeting and demonstrate care for their financial wellbeing through quality conversations about their goals. Present features of checking, savings, CDs, and digital banking products while assisting with transactions like check cashing and deposits. Continuously update customer relationship databases and maintain accurate sales records to meet objectives. Ensure compliance with all regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act and fair lending rules. Assist team members with product training and non-primary duties as assigned.
