Job Summary
Associate Personal Banker builds relationships with customers by supporting everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, scheduled conversations, and proactive outreach. You will learn customer goals and connect them to the right banking products, services, and digital tools to help manage finances with confidence. Responsibilities include supporting account openings, service requests, and credit applications while collaborating with branch teammates to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. You will perform cash handling and teller activities, process transactions accurately, and maintain compliance and operational standards. Demonstrated comfort with digital tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience and support evolving banking needs, and you will deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls while escalating risks as needed to licensed bankers or specialists.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
- SAFE registration is required at the time of employment
