Personal Auto UW Assistant and Customer Service Representative

Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate responses to agents and policyholders. Assist with quotes, endorsements, policy changes, and renewals while entering and processing new business policies, endorsements, and renewal transactions. Respond professionally to phone calls, emails, and written correspondence. Develop knowledge of insurance coverages, underwriting guidelines, rating plans, and state-specific requirements. Support underwriting operations through data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks. Help improve departmental workflows and procedures. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
