Job Summary
Review and process new business submissions, endorsements, and renewals for personal auto policies while ensuring compliance with state regulations. Deliver timely responses to agents and policyholders regarding quotes, renewals, and policy inquiries. Order and review underwriting reports to support risk evaluation and develop knowledge of coverages, rating plans, and exposures. Complete financial responsibility filings, prepare policy documents for distribution, and assist with department projects and new team member onboarding. Requires a Property & Casualty license, 30 WPM typing speed, and experience in personal auto insurance. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Personal Auto Insurance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license by successfully passing state-required examinations
- Accurate typing and data entry skills with a minimum speed of 30 WPM
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Experience using online underwriting systems
