Job Summary
The Personal Attendant will support consumers by executing their Individual Service Plans (ISPs) which include assistance with daily activities such as meal planning, transportation, and personal hygiene tasks. This role involves regular communication with consumers' families and interdisciplinary team members, as well as attending medical appointments.
