Job Summary
Manage day-to-day calendar administration and scheduling for the CEO, coordinating meetings, appointments, and changes while working closely with the Senior EA. Handle personal and family logistics, including travel arrangements, reservations, expenses, and gifts, ensuring all details align with the calendar. Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical issues, managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Handle sensitive personal and professional information with complete discretion and adapt quickly to changing priorities and time-sensitive requests.
