Job Summary
Provide proactive diary management, travel coordination, document production, file management, and client care liaison for fee earners. Responsibilities include booking meetings, arranging travel, handling expenses, AML and conflict checks, typing and drafting documents, e-filing, file housekeeping, and using practice management systems. The role requires exceptional written and verbal communication, confidentiality, multi-tasking, and a solutions-focused approach to improving operations within a regulated professional-services environment. The position is hybrid, full-time, and based in Basingstoke, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- PA experience essential
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multi-task and be a competent multi-tasker
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Experience with client file opening/closing, AML and conflict checks
- Knowledge of document production, e-filing, scanning, and portals
- Understanding and compliance with corporate standards
- Experience using practice management systems
