Job Summary
Organize extensive travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, and itineraries. Coordinate committee paper preparation, manage diaries, and arrange meetings with venue and catering support. Process and record expenses accurately while maintaining records of holiday and sickness absences. Handle internal and external calls, disseminate information to stakeholders, and provide cover for other Executive Assistants and PAs. Use initiative to proactively identify issues and implement solutions. Requires previous Personal Assistant experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to handle sensitive confidential information. Fixed-term 6-month contract with a focus on supporting the Chief Risk Officer's direct reports in a fast-paced insurance environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Personal Assistant experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience managing multiple diaries and competing priorities
- A typing speed of 65 words per minute or above
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative and identify practical solutions
- The ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
