Job Summary
Greet visitors, direct them to destinations, and manage incoming and outgoing mail while preparing responses to routine letters. Create and maintain filing systems for records and documents, transmit information via computer or fax, and enter data into databases to update reservations. Take and distribute meeting minutes, document guest requests or complaints, and answer inquiries using clear, professional language. Move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and perform other duties as requested by supervisors. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and ensure a professional appearance. Welcome guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and address service needs with genuine appreciation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to speak with others using clear and professional language
- Must be able to answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Must be able to assist individuals with disabilities
- Must be able to welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
