Job Summary
Assist residents with ADLS and daily tasks, support in dining and housekeeping, document concerns in EMR, greet visitors, assist with fire drills and social events, participate in in-service trainings; requires compassion, reliability, patience, and good communication to support independence and dignity of elderly residents in a Taylor, TX facility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate or equivalent
- Demonstrates a desire to support independence, and promote dignity for the residents of our facility
- Must be physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift and push
- Ability to work independently in the absence of the Administrator
- You’ll need a genuine passion for helping others and making a difference to the quality of life of the elderly
- Must be coachable, with a can-do attitude
- Be positive, supportive, and cooperative
- Willingness to go above and beyond to be a day-maker
