Job Summary
Personal Assistant to the chair in the Chief Executive and Chair’s Private Office. Responsibilities include diary and mailbox management, arranging travel, meeting logistics, drafting and circulating agendas/minutes, handling sensitive information, managing administrative systems, and providing project support. Requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail, ability to prioritise, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders; hybrid/office-based working with occasional cross-office coordination in a UK public-sector context.
Required Qualifications
- Essential Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take the initiative and exercise judgement
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Experience of working with stakeholders (desirable)
- Previous experience supporting a senior leader (desirable)
