Job Summary

Personal Assistant / Household Manager for the Office of the President to manage the principal and spouse’s household and serve as the family assistant. Responsibilities include coordinating complex domestic and international travel and visa procurement, managing social calendars for two executives, liaising with vendors and onsite teams, serving as the NY residence’s onsite contact, supervising pet care logistics, handling personal correspondence, and maintaining financial records and reports. Requires strong communication, time management, data-entry proficiency, and discretion. Must be able to drive (manual helpful), be dog-friendly, and be available for on-call work; must be eligible to work in the United States. Based in Eurasia Group’s New York office with proximity to lower Manhattan preferred.
