Job Summary

Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support executive operations and oversee office administration. Responsibilities include managing personal calendars and family schedules, coordinating with household staff and service providers, handling confidential information, arranging travel, organizing meetings and events, maintaining digital and physical filing systems, overseeing day-to-day office operations, ordering supplies, coordinating vendors and office services, managing mail/deliveries, and creating/analyzing spreadsheets using Excel and Google Sheets. Key skills include strong organizational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to prioritize tasks, confidentiality, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and experience with data management and reporting. Bachelor’s degree required; prior experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or Office Manager preferred; CRM knowledge a plus. Compensation is described as competitive and salary is available upon request. Benefits may include PTO, 401k, and health insurance.
