Job Summary
Executive-level administrative support for the SVP and the GQA department, including managing the SVP’s schedule, travel, and communications; coordinating department activities and events; preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and documents for senior leadership; budgeting and cost tracking; invoice processing; maintaining GQA SharePoint/United pages; supporting internal communications; and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SAP, Teams/SharePoint, and fluency in English and German, with strong organizational, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership or project coordination in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), SAP, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
- Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity
- Resilience and the ability to remain composed under pressure
