The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating international travel. Responsibilities include preparing reports and correspondence, acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, overseeing personal errands, and maintaining important dates. Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, along with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and operate independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Digitally fluent (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, messaging platforms, and other productivity tools)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience supporting executives with international travel and cross-border coordination
