Job Summary
Personal Assistant / estate manager to an ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneur. Manage six homes with five that can be handled remotely; no travel required. Responsibilities include managing homes and supervising household staff, acting as communications liaison, gatekeeping between principal and others, coordinating events with domestic team and outside partners, supervising vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget completion, managing principal’s calendar and travel, booking reservations and appointments, assisting with personal styling (shopping, outfits, returns), and decorating the residence for guests. Requires experience as a personal/estate manager, strong organization, excellent communication, vendor supervision, negotiation, and comfort with dogs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, family assistant, or estate manager
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supervising vendors
- Highly organized
- Great negotiating skills
- Comfortable around dogs
