Job Summary
Provide companionship and perform activities of daily living for assisted living and memory care residents; report health status changes and complete daily data sheets; assist with memory and performance improvement programs; perform light housekeeping and laundry; assist with dining and keep residents engaged; requires a caring attitude and willingness to serve others; HS diploma or GED; CNA certification preferred but not required unless state requirements; CPR/First Aid preferred; must be flexible to work weekends and holidays; experience with older adults preferred; located at The Blake at Lafayette in Lafayette, LA.

- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirement
