Personal Alarm Response Monitor - Safety Link

Personal Alarm Response Monitor role within Grampians Health's Safety Link call centre. Part-time (Permanent Part Time 32 hours/week) with overnight and day shifts on a 24/7 rotating roster, plus a casual 24/7 roster option. Responsibilities include emergency coordination with services, acting as liaison to clients and family representatives, and providing general support for medical alarm needs in a high-volume, service-oriented environment.
