Job Summary
Track, process, and coordinate client bill payments for utilities, medical bills, and household expenses. Reconcile bank, credit card, and non-investment account activity while maintaining accurate bookkeeping records for household, business, and entity accounts. Categorize expenses, track income and spending, and prepare customized financial reports on a monthly or quarterly cadence. Generate basic financial reports to support client service needs and advisor coordination. Maintain and organize digital financial records through scanning, electronic filing, and document management. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address inquiries, provide updates, and coordinate payments. Provide support for entity management activities including bookkeeping, financial reporting, corporate filing coordination, and payroll-related support. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial administration, customer service, or a related client-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with bill pay systems, bank reconciliation processes, and basic financial reporting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy
- Experience handling sensitive financial information with discretion and integrity
- Comfort with digital document management systems and basic office technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
