Monitor associate adherence to company policies and conduct regular inspections of all store areas to provide feedback to department managers. Run cashier registers and courtesy counters while handling customer concerns efficiently, utilizing knowledge of product locations to assist shoppers. Maintain a clean, well-stocked environment and ensure compliance with PPE, safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines. In the absence of the Store Director or specified managers, manage time clock maintenance and oversee store closure procedures including locking doors and arming the system. One year of retail experience preferred; high school diploma required. Located in Charlevoix, Michigan.
