Monitor associate adherence to company policies and conduct regular inspections of all store areas to ensure safety and efficiency. Run cashier registers and courtesy counters while handling customer concerns, maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment with proper PPE and food safety compliance. Manage time clock maintenance and close the store by securing doors, turning off lights, and arming the system when the Store Director or Assistant Store Director is absent. Assist customers using knowledge of product locations and perform additional tasks as assigned across departments.
