Monitor associate adherence to company policies, run cashier registers and courtesy counters, and handle customer concerns efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of all store areas, providing feedback to department managers, and maintain a clean, well-stocked environment while following all safety and food handling guidelines. In the absence of the Store Director or specified managers, manage time clock maintenance and oversee store closing procedures including locking doors and arming the system. Assist customers with product locations and may be assigned tasks across other departments based on customer experience needs.
