Person In Charge

Directs and coordinates store operations in the absence of Store Director or Assistant Store Director to optimize efficiency and economic performance; responsible for time clock maintenance, closing duties, assisting customers and employees, maintaining store layout and safety equipment, ensuring PPE and Food Safety guidelines are followed, conducting regular area inspections, and supporting other departments as needed. Requires familiarity with product locations, maintains a clean, well-stocked store, and upholds guest experience standards. May involve travel; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods. High school diploma preferred with retail experience preferred.
