Person In Charge

Directs and coordinates store operations in the absence of Store Director or Assistant Store Director to ensure efficient, economical store performance. Oversees cashier and courtesy desk functions, handles customer concerns, understands store layout and safety equipment, conducts area inspections, maintains time clocks, may close the store, and ensures a clean, well-stocked store while adhering to PPE, safety, and food-safety guidelines. Requires knowledge of product locations, guest experience practices, and the ability to work across departments as needed. Preferred high school diploma and retail experience; physical tasks include lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and standing/walking for extended periods.
