Person In Charge

Directs and coordinates store operations in the absence of Store Director or Assistant Director to ensure efficient, economical operations and optimal shifts coverage. Oversees adherence to company policies, operates cashier and courtesy desk, handles customer concerns, conducts area inspections, and maintains time clock records. May close the store by securing doors, turning off lights, and arming the store. Possesses knowledge of product locations to assist customers; maintains a clean, attractive, and well-stocked store; follows PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines; and may perform tasks in other departments as needed. Travel requirements vary by assignment. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand/walk for extended periods. Equal opportunity employer and sponsor restrictions apply.
