Job Summary
PIC (Person In Charge) responsible for directing front-end operations and acting as store in absence of Store Manager, supervising cashiers, handling emergencies, and ensuring high customer service and profit objectives. Main duties include supervising sales floor, restocking displays, operating cash register, handling payments and bagging groceries, assisting with close of day, and performing basic office functions. Requires ability to follow customer service procedures, interact with customers and coworkers, follow instructions, knowledge of all store positions, and independent work. Desired: prior experience as clerk or manager.
