Monitor associate adherence to company policies and conduct regular inspections of all store areas, providing feedback to department managers. Run cashier registers and courtesy counters while handling customer concerns efficiently, utilizing knowledge of product locations to assist shoppers. Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked store while following all PPE, safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines. In the absence of the Store Director or specified managers, manage time clock maintenance, close the store by locking doors and arming security systems, and complete other duties as assigned. This role supports SpartanNash's global supply chain network serving national accounts, independent grocers, and military commissaries.
