Job Summary
Person In Charge (PIC) at Sandpoint store oversees front-end operations in management’s absence, ensuring high-level customer service, store profitability, and staff supervision during evening shifts. Duties include supervising cashier-checkers, assisting in multiple store departments, handling emergencies, maintaining policy adherence, monitoring service and product replenishment, stocking displays, assisting with POS transactions, and completing close-of-day tasks as needed.
