Job Summary
Supervise store operations, employees, and emergency situations during the absence of store management, particularly at night. Provide friendly customer service, handle complaints and accidents, and manage the sales floor to monitor service and product replenishment. Operate cash registers, process payments, bag groceries, and assist with close-of-day functions, counting tills, and managing out-of-stock products. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and troubleshoot register or scanner issues. Work independently while following company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated prior customer service skills or related experience
- Ability to interact with customers and co-workers
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Knowledge of all positions within the store
