Supervise and coordinate retail staff to ensure smooth store operations, manage cashiering processes including cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate books related to sales, inventory, and financial reports. Address and resolve customer and employee inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail industry standards. Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures. Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and improve overall store performance. This full-time role offers a pay range of $20.69-$21/hr with paid holidays, sick, and vacation time, plus 401k matching and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
