Job Summary
Department Manager in Eugene, OR responsible for day-to-day department operations and sales, leading and engaging the team to deliver outstanding customer service and a seamless shopping experience. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- prior experience leading others
- willing to obtain certifications as required

- history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience
- efficient use of time and resources
- integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out
- Bakery: 1 year+ baking experience
- Meat: knowledge of meat cuts and experience in meat department with tools (grinders, saws)
