Job Summary

Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support to individuals with complex psychosocial and forensic disability needs, assisting with daily living skills to promote independence and choice. Implement individual therapeutic support plans and behavioural strategies while proactively managing risk to ensure safety for participants, staff, and the community. Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and contribute to ongoing assessment and review processes to enhance wellbeing and social inclusion. Join a compassionate team receiving comprehensive training, including buddy shifts, to develop an in-depth understanding of how disability influences risk and behaviour.

Required Qualifications

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar (or willing to obtain)
