Job Summary
Support individuals with disabilities in learning their jobs across a variety of workplaces (cafés, offices, warehouses, retail, etc.), teaching tasks step by step and adapting training to each person’s learning style, while encouraging independence and problem-solving and partnering with employers to create inclusive, supportive environments. Role emphasizes advocacy and guidance to help clients reach their goals; entry-level, with paid training and opportunities for growth; bilingual Spanish speakers strongly encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have the ability to maintain reliable transportation
- Must have ability to provide transportation for clients when needed
- No prior experience required—we provide paid training and ongoing professional development
