Job Summary
Retail Personal Banker II track with a 4-8 week onboarding, rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, and a certification upon program completion. The role focuses on sales development and relationship building through deposits, loans, and fee-based services, using consultative sales with staff referrals, cross-selling to an existing customer base, engagement in outside sales activities, and collaboration with Mortgage/Small Business/Commercial/Investment partners. Emphasis on meeting production goals, maintaining customer confidentiality, adhering to policies, and delivering a positive customer experience while mitigating risk. Requires ability to travel for training and a normal office environment; location specified as Union, KY. The program prepares candidates for the Retail Personal Banker job family, with potential progression after certification.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or work experience (transferrable skills)
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment (NMLS)
