Marina Concierge Attendant greets guests/boat members and visitors with hospitality, handles inquiries by phone/email, assists with reservations, processes payments, cross-trains across marina operations, and upholds safety/environmental rules; supports team and performs varied tasks during peak boating times or emergencies, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and a proactive service attitude.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with Customer Service or Hospitality
- Boating skills experienced preferred
- Strong computer skills / use of point of sale system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Great service attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to think out of the box and problem solve
- Eager to cross train and able to work well with others
- Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Use of computer screen/monitor and must have manual dexterity to use office equipment
