Job Summary
Security guard position at 7 CLANS CASINOS (Perry location) on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) responsible for observing, monitoring, and protecting guests, vendors, and team members and safeguarding company assets. Duties include patrolling all sections of the property, reporting incidents with detailed descriptions, coordinating with departments for security support, assisting law enforcement as needed, transporting and escorting assets, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards (NIGC/OMGC) and internal policies. Requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent), security experience or related customer service/communications experience, and ability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; casino experience preferred and gaming license required. Must be able to obtain and maintain required work authorization and gaming license; physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional heavy lifting; role emphasizes professionalism, guest relations, and accurate incident reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience in security preferred or a combination of education and security experience
- Casino experience preferred
- An equivalent combination of Customer Service and Communications experience may be required
- Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to provide All documents required to show eligibility to work in the United States; pass a drug test; obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Otoe Missouria Gaming Commission
