Job Summary
Own day-to-day fund accounting and reporting, including NAV oversight, capital activity, fee and promote calculations, and quarterly close deliverables. Lead coordination with internal and external auditors, including audit execution and SOX control oversight. Partner with cross-functional teams on preparation and review of 10-Q, 10-K, and other recurring SEC filings. Monitor and manage fund liquidity across the structure, supporting investor subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and treasury operations. Prepare and review accounting policy memoranda for new transactions and evolving accounting standards. Lead and mentor junior team members; contribute to continuous process improvement and ad-hoc strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance
- 6+ years of public and/or private accounting experience
- exposure to public companies, open‐ended funds, or private markets
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting and complex fund structures
- Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and effective in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment with strong written and verbal communication skills
