Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional CAD drafting/design experience
- 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role managing CAD teams and workloads
- Expert-level AutoCAD proficiency
- Proven CAD standards development and enforcement
- Working knowledge of adjacent platforms and interoperability
- Document and data control expertise
- Project Management fundamentals
