Permit Coordinator responsible for managing the new home permit process, printing and completing permit applications, and applying for permits with municipalities promptly. Works daily with Division teams to monitor production schedules, protect project milestones, and ensure timely communication. Requires strong oral and written communication, time-sensitivity, meticulous spreadsheet management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Duties include updating permit costs and timelines in databases, researching permit requirements for new communities, reviewing production schedules to ensure milestones are met, and daily correspondence with Division teams regarding permits and starts.
