Job Summary
Permit Controller role in Stevenage supporting the Capital Projects team by issuing General and Supplemental Permit to work, managing contractor activities, and supporting EHS audits and incident investigations. Responsibilities include ensuring high-risk construction activities are controlled, collating HS-related statistics, engaging with Local EHS Representatives and Area Owners, and ensuring area hand backs meet standards. Required qualifications include CSCS card (White/Black), SMSTS, NEBOSH Diploma and/or Certificate, and extensive construction industry experience with knowledge of CDM 2015. The role may involve SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
