Job Summary
Capture permits for new jobs by determining jurisdictions with the estimating team and coordinating with authorities. Schedule inspector visits with operations and maintain current active and qualifier licenses. Partner with appropriate parties to resolve compliance issues and ensure adherence to municipal codes. This role supports the operations and estimating departments within our large-scale industrial electrical contracting office across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with construction permitting process
- Understanding of general municipal codes and construction procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical problem-solving ability
- Customer-service mindset
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
