Permit and Closeout Manager

Job Summary
Oversee the final phase of construction projects, managing the transition to handover by tracking and maintaining the Environmental and Building Permits Compliance matrix. Ensure all staff and Danish compliance requirements are met while securing final documentation, warranty information, and data transfer to internal client tools. Lead project closeout activities, host stakeholder meetings, and manage interfaces with change control between design and construction teams. Collaborate with all applicable stakeholders to ensure seamless completion and strict adherence to confidentiality agreements. Requires 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, specifically focused on the closeout phase and Data Center construction, with a 5-day on-site schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or construction supervision, specifically focused on the closeout phase
- 5 years focused Data Centre construction experience
- 5 days a week on the construction site
- Fluent English language skills
- Must have a team attitude
- Self-motivated
- Willing to support other groups and projects when required
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Great organization skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
