Job Summary
Permit Analyst in Orlando, FL to perform technical and clerical reviews of building plans and issue permits in accordance with department regulations; requires around 2 years of clerical/customer service experience; salary $16 per hour; Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- 2 years of technical/clerical experience including customer service
- Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with the general public; discuss, explain, and interpret departmental policies
- Demonstrated computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft applications
