Job Summary
Coordinate, process, and manage permit applications to ensure regulatory compliance; act as liaison between internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies; review applications, coordinate approval workflows, maintain permit tracking records, prepare documentation for hearings/audits, resolve compliance issues, and build relationships with regulatory personnel. Requires experience in permitting, familiarity with Right-of-Way Leasing Information Systems (RULIS), strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to interpret regulatory codes and technical documents.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in permitting required
- Experience with RULIS (Right-of-Way Leasing Information Systems) preferred
- Strong understanding of permitting regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulatory codes
- Proficiency with permitting software and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset
