Job Summary
Conduct outpatient and inpatient pediatric care, including Level 1 Newborn Nursery support for up to 180 deliveries annually and inpatient admissions averaging fewer than 50 per year. Manage call coverage with an average of 10 days monthly shared among three providers. Maintain Board Certification or eligibility, along with current PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications. Receive a base salary of $340,000 plus a $25,000 start bonus and quarterly RVU productivity incentives exceeding 50% MGMA. Join a team helping to build a new pediatric office while supporting a retiring family practice.
