Job Summary
Conduct store maintenance, manage cash and credit transactions, and assist with product flow from stockroom to sales floor. Greet customers, guide them to the right products, and execute add-on sales to meet position goals. Maintain general housekeeping standards, safeguard company assets, and monitor the sales floor for loss prevention. Complete required in-store and digital training while utilizing the point-of-sale system to ensure policy integrity. Familiarize yourself with Power BI tools to analyze store performance and best-seller data. Work part-time with flexibility for evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Matric certificate
- 0 - 1 years of retail experience
- Previous fashion retail experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
