Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, authentic manner, forge lasting relationships, and communicate Vuori's brand values through insightful product knowledge. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit. Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment while seeking new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear. Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening, maintain visual directives, and keep the selling floor neat, clean, and organized. Execute cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash, and communicate inventory needs and product concerns to support business goals. Collaborate with management on inventory management and assist in completing projects while prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work at least one full weekend day, evenings and holidays including but not limited to: Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Boxing Day.
- Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
