Job Summary
Conduct primary care for an established practice managing approximately 120 patient visits weekly, supported by two Family Nurse Practitioners. Manage minimal after-hours call responsibilities, limited to two to three days monthly for the primary care group. Deliver care within a well-established practice in Lowville, NY, benefiting from strong patient volume and excellent APP support. This permanent role offers a base salary up to $358,000 (75% MGMA) plus a $50,000 start/relocation bonus and quarterly RVU productivity incentives. The position includes occurrence malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and six weeks of PTO.
