Job Summary
Conduct daily educational activities and support children's development through play in fun, engaging environments while partnering with parents and school communities. Build ongoing relationships with families, children, your team, and the wider school community, occasionally supporting nearby services across the region when additional support is needed. This role involves working 30 hours per week across Monday to Friday, including a 7:00–9:00am before-school shift and a 2:30–6:30pm after-school shift, with extra hours available during school holidays. The position offers a split shift model providing midday flexibility, including an additional $21 per day for split shifts. Competitive pay ranges from $36 to $38 per hour plus super, with opportunities for paid training and progression to Assistant Coordinator or Coordinator. Candidates must hold or obtain a national police check, a state working-with-children check, Australian working rights, and complete National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding. A relevant VIC Diploma-level qualification in education is required.
